OBOS BBL (“OBOS”) has today bought 120,000 shares in Veidekke ASA (“Veidekke”), at NOK 114.1386 per share.
Following the transaction, OBOS holds 25,148,220 shares in Veidekke, representing 18.63 percent of the outstanding share capital in Veidekke.
OBOS is represented on the board of directors in Veidekke by Daniel Kjørberg Siraj, CEO in OBOS.
