Klara-Lise Aasen, director on the board of Veidekke ASA, has informed Veidekke
that she is resigning from her board position effective 1 October 2023, at which
date she is starting her new position as Executive Vice President of Corporate
Banking at DNB. DNB is Veidekke's main bank connection.
