Veidekke: To build another stage of Swedish residential project

Veidekke has been contracted by OBOS to build the second stage of the Träkvista
development in Ekerö municipality outside Stockholm. The design and build
contract has a value of SEK 209 million.

The contract for the first Träkvista stage was signed earlier this year. The new
contract includes an additional 77 apartments and 10 townhouses to be built in
the same area.

Veidekke entered the Träkvista planning at an early stage and has been able to
assist the customer with project development and planning, to ensure quality
deliveries at the best possible price. Inspired by the scenic location near Lake
Mälaren, the properties are named after the apple varieties Aroma and Bolero.

"We are happy to have been entrusted with building another stage at Träkvista
torg. With this contract, we can bolster our organisation on the site over time
and refine our working methods in line with the projects," says Linus Wåhlin at
Veidekke Bygg Öst.

The project is part of a new zoning plan for Träkvista torg that includes homes,
nursing home, service facilities and a new town square. BRF Bolero is due for
completion in Q4 2027 and will be certified according to the Nordic Ecolabel.

The contract is included in the Q3 order book.
