purchase price of NOK 10.50,- per subscription right
After the transaction Øystein Stray Spetalen and
associated companies hold 2 171 205 subscription
rights in Vistin Pharma ASA corresponding to 12.7 %
of the outstanding shares if the subscription rights
are executed (based on 17 054 935 outstanding
shares).
