Vistin Pharma ASA (OSE: VISTIN), reference is made to earlier announcements made
by Weifa ASA ("Weifa") in relation to the contemplated sale of Weifa's B2B
business and tablet production to the newly established company Vistin Pharma
AS.

The transfer of the B2B business and tablet production from Weifa AS to Vistin
Pharma AS took place yesterday, 1 June 2015.
