Disclosure of large share holding in Vistin Pharma ASA

Reference is made to the stock exchange release for Saga Tankers ASA 13 March 2019.

As a result of the completion of the merger between Saga Tankers ASA and its 100% owned subsidiary Strata Marine & Offshore AS, 5 515 943 shares in Vistin Pharma ASA, corresponding to 12.4% ownership, has been transferred from Strata Marine & Offshore AS to Saga Tankers ASA.

Saga Tankers ASA is controlled by board member Øystein Stray Spetalen.
Øystein Stray Spetalen and associated companies have a holding of 8 496 285 shares in Vistin Pharma ASA corresponding to 19.16 % of the outstanding shares.
