Pactum AS has on 29 October 2021 sold 3,519,733 shares in Vistin Pharma ASA (the "Issuer"), corresponding to 7.9% of the issued and outstanding shares and votes in the Issuer, at NOK 19.50 per share, to its wholly-owned subsidiary Pactum Vekst AS in connection with an internal reorganization of Pactum AS.
Following the transaction, (i) Pactum AS owns nil shares and votes in the Issuer and (ii) Pactum Vekst AS owns 3,519,733 shares in the Issuer, corresponding to 7.9% of the issued and outstanding shares and votes in the Issuer.
