Oslo Børs resolved to grant an exemption from the requirement regarding three years’ history, cf. Rule Book II for Oslo Børs and Euronext Expand section 3.1.3.2, cf. section 3.1.3.1. This exemption is granted on the basis that the company’s operations have existed previously, however, as part of other legal entities.
The Chief Executive Officer of Oslo Børs determines the first day of admission to trading on Oslo Børs, which shall be no later than 18 June 2021.
