Vow Green Metals: Chief Financial Officer resigns

Vow Green Metals AS (the “Company”) announces that Chief Financial Officer, Lars Mårdalen, has resigned from his position to pursue other opportunities.
Mr. Mårdalen, who has been with the Company since incorporation, will continue and secure internal handover while the Company finds a replacement.
“Mr. Mårdalen has been instrumental to the development of the Company since its incorporation, the demerger from Vow ASA, stock listing of the Company and as member of the executive management. We thank him for his valuable contributions and wish him every success in the future,” said Cecilie Jonassen, Chief Executive Officer of Vow Green Metals.
