Correction: November 12, 2010, President and CEO in EUKOR Car Carriers Inc., Mr
Sjur Galtung, through his wholly-owned company Sjel Invest AS, sold 40 000 class
A shares in Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA ("WWI") at the price of 137.75 per
share.

On the same day, Mr Sjur Galtung purchased 163 988 shares in Wilh. Wilhelmsen
ASA (WW) at the price of NOK 33.60 each.

Following the purchase, Mr Sjur Galtung now holds 21 489 class A shares and
24 478 class B shares in WWI. He also holds 163 988 shares in WW.

Mr Sjur Galtung is a primary insider in WWI and WW.

The transactions were carried out through Mr Sjur Galtung´s wholly-owned company
Sjel Invest AS. Sjel Invest AS is a primary insider in WWI.
