Skips AS Tudor has sold 963.327 shares and Kassiopeia AS has sold 97.353 shares in Wilh. WIlhelmsen ASA

Please be advised as follows :

Tallyman AS has today, November 30, 2010 purchased  252.543 class A shares in
Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA ("WWI") at the price of 138,60 per share.

New holding is thereby 20.498.789 shares of WWI class A and  2.281.044 shares of
WWI  class B.

Tallyman AS is controlled and partly owned by Mr. Wilhelm WIlhelmsen, board
member of Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA. After Tallyman's latest share purchase
he controls

20.596.173 WWI A-shares - representing 59,46 % of total A-share capital - and
  2.302.444 WWI B-shares - representing 19,40% of total B-share capital -
totalling
22.898.617 shares representing 49,24% of the total share capital in Wilh.
Wilhelmsen Holding ASA


At the same time, Skips AS Tudor has sold 963.327 shares and Kassiopeia AS has
sold 97.353 shares in Wilh. WIlhelmsen ASA at the price of 33,00 per share.
After this transaction Skips AS Tudor owns no shares in WW ASA and Kassiopeia
AS' remaining holding is 702.647 shares in WW ASA.

Both companies are controlled, partly owned and chaired by Mr. Wilhelm
Wilhelmsen.

Following this sale transaction investment/holding companies controlled by Mr.
Wilhelm Wilhelmsen own 2.344.647 shares in Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA.
