Presentation of the results for the second quarter of 2010

Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA and Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA are pleased to invite
analysts, investors and media to a joint presentation of the results for the
second quarter of 2010.The presentation will take place on:

     Thursday 12 August, 2010 at 08.00
     at the premises of the companies, Strandveien 20, 1366 Lysaker.

Coffee/tea and sandwiches will be served from 07.30.
The presentation will be webcast on both companies´ internet sites
www.wilhelmsen.com and www.wilhelmsenasa.com.

The webcast will start at approx. 08:00 hrs. The quarterly reports and
presentation material will simultaneously be made available on both internet
sites.
