Increase and buy-back of Wilh.Wilhelmsen ASA bonds

Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA has increased the outstanding
amount of the WWI07 bond by NOK 200 millions. Amount
outstanding after the increase is NOK 600 millions.
The company simultaneously bought back NOK 180
millions of the WWI13.
The arranger for the transaction was Swedbank / First
Securities.
