Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA - Annual General Meeting 2011

On 28 April 2011 the annual general meeting (AGM) was held in Wilh. Wilhelmsen
ASA (WW ASA).

The AGM adopted the board's proposal to distribute a dividend of NOK 0,50 per
share, to be noted ex dividend Friday 29 April 2011.
