We refer to today's announcement regarding Tallyman AS' purchase of 31,000
shares in Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA.

Simultaneously, W. Wilhelmsen AS has sold 124,000 shares in Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA
at the price of NOK 30.50 per share.

AS W. Wilhelmsen is controlled and partly owned by Mr. Wilhelm Wilhelmsen,
primary insider in both Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA and Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA.

Following this transaction, companies owned and/or controlled by Mr. Wilhelm
Wilhelmsen now own 1,151,095 shares in Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA.
