Internal transaction between holding companies

As part of an internal transaction between holding
companies, primary insiders Tres AS and W. Wilhelmsen
AS have today sold/transferred
800.000 and 309.095 Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA (WW ASA)
shares respectively to Tallyman AS at NOK 26 per
share (being the closing price on Friday 23.9.2011).
All companies involved are controlled by primary
insider Wilhelm Wilhelmsen.

Following this transaction Tres AS and W. Wilhelmsen
AS have no holding of shares in WW ASA whereas
Tallyman AS consequently owns
1.109.095 shares in WW ASA. The total number of
shares in WW ASA controlled directly by Wilhelm
Wilhelmsen is unchanged at 1.151.095 shares.
