Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA contemplates issuing new senior
unsecured bonds in the Norwegian bond market with
maturity in April 2019. The net proceeds from the
potential bond issue will be used for general
corporate purposes including refinancing of
existingbonds.
SEB and Swedbank are acting as joint lead arrangers
for the contemplated bond issue.
