Rebekka Glasser Herlofsen joins Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics ASA

With reference to the declared merger of Wilhelmsen
and Wallenius as announced in a Letter of Intent dated
5 September 2016, Ms Rebekka Glasser Herlofsen is
hired as CFO in Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics ASA.
She will take up the new position only once the final
approvals for creating the new company have been
received.

Ms Herlofsen comes from the position as CFO at Torvald
Klaveness. Her previous experience includes ten years
with Bergesen d.y. ASA, later BW Gas ASA including the
position as director of business development, four
years within corporate finance at Enskilda Securities
and more than 15 years of experience as board member
on various boards, including DNVGL, Statoil ASA,
Torvald Klaveness and more. Mr Herlofsen holds a
master of science from the Norwegian School of
Economics (NHH).
