As earlier reported, the Board of Directors of Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA has decided in the 8 February 2022 board meeting to propose the following dividend payment to be resolved by the Annual General Meeting on 26 April 2022.
The dividend will be declared in USD and paid in NOK in two tranches. USD NOK conversion will take place shortly before each payment.

Dividend amount: USD 9 cents per share
