Schaeffler suspends guidance for current financial year

HERZOGENAURACH, 24 March 2020 . Today the Management Board of Schaeffler AG, Herzogenaurach (ISIN DE000SHA0159, WKN SHA015), has suspended the guidance for the financial year 2020 for the Schaeffler Group and its divisions published on 10 March 2020 due to the worldwide spread of the Corona crisis and the resulting measures and restrictions. From today’s view, neither the further course nor the economic implications can be reliably assessed. The Management Board will issue a new guidance once this is possible.
