The Annual General Meeting (the AGM) in Wilh.
Wilhelmsen Holding ASA (WW) was held today Thursday
24 April 2014. The AGM adopted the board's proposal
to distribute a dividend of NOK 3.00 per share. The
shares will be traded ex dividend Friday 25 April
2014.
