Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA's 72.73% owned Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA sells shares in Hyundai Glovis Ltd

Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA is reducing its shareholding
from 12.5% to 12% in Hyundai Glovis Ltd for capital
management purposes. The proceeds from the downward
sale is approximately USD 39 million.



The relationship with the Hyundai Group is strong,
and the shareholding in Hyundai Glovis Ltd continues
to be long-term and strategic for Wilh. Wilhelmsen
ASA.
