Wilhelmsen has entered into a letter of intent with Eidesvik
Eiendomsinvest AS and Simon Møkster Eiendom AS to acquire 32
% of the outstanding shares in NorSea Group AS.
Wilhelmsen expects the transaction to take place within a
couple of months. Subject agreement between the parties,
Wilhelmsen will be the majority owner with 72% of the
shares, while Eidesvik and Møkster will hold approximately
12% each. The management in NorSea Group holds the remaining
4%.
