As announced in the stock exchange notice of 20 September 2017, Wilhelmsen has bought a small portion of management controlled shares in the NorSea Group.
With effect from 17 November 2017, Wilhelmsen increased its shareholding by 2.082% and now owns a total of 74.11%.
