The annual general meeting of Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA was held today Tuesday 30 April 2019.
All proposals on the agenda were adopted, cf. notice of the annual general meeting published on Oslo Børs on 8 April 2019.
The annual general meeting approved the board's proposal to distribute a dividend of NOK 2.50 per share. The dividend accrues to the shareholders as of 30 April 2019, cf. key information related to dividend published on Oslo Børs on 15 February 2019.
