The annual general meeting of Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA was held today, Wednesday 27 April 2022.
All proposals on the agenda were adopted, cf. notice of the annual general meeting published on NewsWeb Oslo Børs on 1 April 2022.
The annual general meeting approved the board's proposal to distribute a dividend of NOK 4.00 per share. The dividend accrues to the shareholders as of 27 April 2022, cf. key information related to cash dividend published on NewsWeb Oslo Børs on 17 February 2022.
