Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA completed yesterday, 19 September 2024, a share program for employees. A close associate of primary insider Geir Flæsen, EVP New Energy, participated in the program, acquiring 29 WWI class a-shares. Following completion of the transactions, Geir Flæsen and close associates will own 58 WWI class a-shares.
