Xplora Technologies AS: Grant of share options to primary insiders

Oslo, 17 December 2025 - In accordance with the authorization granted by the
annual general meeting on 23 May 2025, the Board of Directors of Xplora
Technologies AS (the "Company") has resolved to grant share options pursuant
to the compensation program.

On 15 December 2025 primary insiders in the Company were granted a total of
510,000 share options allocated as follows:

71,000 share options have been granted to CTO and primary insider Sangyo Kim,
now holding a total of 446,000 share options.

64,000 share options have been granted to CFO and primary insider Knut Stålen,
now holding a total of 339,000 share options.

200,000 share options have been granted to CLPO and primary insider Kristin
Hellebust, now holding a total of 200,000 share options.

175,000 share options have been granted to CMO and primary insider Lise af
Ekenstam, now holding a total of 175,000 share options.

The strike price is NOK 52.6592 per share, equal to the volume-weighted
average price (VWAP) over the last 10 trading days. Each share option gives
the right to purchase one share in the Company. 1/3 of options granted will
vest after 1, 2, and 3 years respectively, and the options expire after 5
years. The total outstanding share options shall not exceed 7.5% of the total
number of outstanding shares in the Company. This means that the allocation of
new share options, including the share options referenced above, has a maximum
limit of 3,363,930.
