through his 100% controlled company Stamina, sold 665,000
shares in XXL ASA at a price of NOK 86.50. Following this
transaction, Mr. Steenbuch owns 2,624,566 shares in XXL ASA
(through Stamina AS) and 133,853 share options in XXL ASA.
The sale is due to personal tax reasons and payments of debt.
