MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

On August 20th 2015, Peter T. Gogstad has sold in
total 50.000 shares of Zalaris ASA.
The purpose of the sale is to provide equity
connected to real estate purchase.
The shares were sold at a price of NOK 33.91.

Following the transaction, Peter T. Gogstad holds
79.608 shares of Zalaris ASA whereof 37.500 shares
is owned by his company Westerland AS.
