ZAL - Mandatory Notification of Trade

Hans-Petter Mellerud, CEO and primary insider of Zalaris ASA, has through his wholly owned investment company Norwegian Retail AS today bought 200 000 shares in Zalaris ASA (ZAL) at NOK 49,22 per share from a previously owned forward contract. Norwegian Retail AS' total holding after this transaction remains unchanged at 3'041'482 shares in Zalaris ASA.
