On 29 March 2019, Zalaris ASA purchased 3.758 own shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 24,0013. Following the purchase Zalaris ASA holds 191.314 own shares, representing ~0,95% of the total outstanding shares.
The shares were purchased in accordance with the share buy-back programme announced 12 March 2019, available at www.newsweb.no.
