On 30 April 2019, Zalaris ASA purchased 1600 own shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 24,7156. Following the purchase Zalaris ASA holds 241.372 own shares, representing ~1,20% of the total outstanding shares.
The shares were purchased in accordance with the share buy-back programme announced 12 March 2019, available at www.newsweb.no.
