On 14 May 2019, Zalaris ASA purchased 3697 own shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 24,8047. Following the purchase Zalaris ASA holds 265.912 own shares, representing ~1,32% of the total outstanding shares.
The shares were purchased in accordance with the share buy-back programme announced 12 March 2019, available at www.newsweb.no.
