On 16 May 2019, Zalaris ASA purchased 2641 own shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 24,9545. Following the purchase Zalaris ASA holds 270.203 own shares, representing ~1,34% of the total outstanding shares.
The shares were purchased in accordance with the share buy-back programme announced 12 March 2019, available at www.newsweb.no.
