On 5 June 2019, Zalaris ASA purchased 1,701 own shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 24.3530. Following the purchase Zalaris ASA holds 293,986 own shares, representing ~1,45% of the total outstanding shares.
The shares were purchased in accordance with the share buy-back programme announced 12 March 2019, available at www.newsweb.no.
