On 18 June 2019, Zalaris ASA purchased 4429 own shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 24,3621. Following the purchase Zalaris ASA holds 315.015 own shares, representing ~1,57% of the total outstanding shares.
The shares were purchased in accordance with the share buy-back programme announced 21 May 2019, available at www.newsweb.no.
