On 19 June 2019, Zalaris ASA purchased 5,000 own shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of * NOK 24.1586. Following the purchase Zalaris ASA holds 320,015 own shares, representing ~1,59% of the total outstanding shares.
The shares were purchased in accordance with the share buy-back programme announced 21 May 2019, available at www.newsweb.no.
