On 2 July 2019, Zalaris ASA purchased 3000 own shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 24,1480. Following the purchase Zalaris ASA holds 345.377 own shares, representing ~1,72% of the total outstanding shares.
The shares were purchased in accordance with the share buy-back programme announced 12 March 2019, available at www.newsweb.no.
