On 15 July 2019, Zalaris ASA purchased 19 own shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 23.30. Following the purchase Zalaris ASA holds 376,796 own shares, representing ~1,87% of the total outstanding shares.
The shares were purchased in accordance with the share buy-back programme announced 21 May 2019, available at www.newsweb.no.
