On 31 July 2019, Zalaris ASA purchased 1667 own shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 22.3846. Following the purchase Zalaris ASA holds 400,461 own shares, representing ~1,99% of the total outstanding shares.
The shares were purchased in accordance with the share buy-back programme announced 21 May 2019, available at www.newsweb.no.
