On 22 August 2019, Zalaris ASA purchased 3500 own shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 21.8246. Following the purchase Zalaris ASA holds 428,502 own shares, representing ~2,13% of the total outstanding shares.
The shares were purchased in accordance with the share buy-back programme announced 21 May 2019, available at www.newsweb.no.
