On 23 August 2019, Zalaris ASA purchased 3365 own shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 21.5000. Following the purchase Zalaris ASA holds 431,867 own shares, representing ~2,15% of the total outstanding shares.
The shares were purchased in accordance with the share buy-back programme announced 21 May 2019, available at www.newsweb.no.
