Zalaris ASA announces that Anders Sjaastad,CFA has stepped in as interim CFO for the company as of 28/08/19. Anders will take on the role as interim CFO at Zalaris until new permanent CFO is onboarded. Sjaastad's period has been overlapping with Nina Stemshaug and allowed for an orderly transition.
Anders has long and broad experience from operative and consulting roles within the areas of financial management and finance. He has experience from activities related to amongst other business development, treasury, financing, liquidity management, M&A and due diligence.
