On 10 September 2019, Zalaris ASA purchased 1020 own shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 20.4000. Following the purchase Zalaris ASA holds 453,511 own shares, representing ~2,25% of the total outstanding shares.
The shares were purchased in accordance with the share buy-back programme announced 21 May 2019, available at www.newsweb.no.
