On 16 September 2019, Zalaris ASA purchased 510 own shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 20.6216. Following the purchase Zalaris ASA holds 462,267 own shares, representing ~2,30% of the total outstanding shares.
The shares were purchased in accordance with the share buy-back programme announced 21 May 2019, available at www.newsweb.no.
