The board of directors of Zalaris ASA has today approved the 2019 annual financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The final 2019 annual consolidated financial statements are in accordance with the preliminary full-year financial statements published on 28 February 2020, with the exception of the net loss for the period, which has been increased from NOK 5.0 million to NOK 7.0 million, and certain reclassifications of items in the statement of financial position. The changes were principally due to an adjustment to income tax expense and other tax related items.
The 2019 annual report will be released and made available on Zalaris web site www.zalaris.com on 24 April 2020.
