The board of directors of Zalaris ASA has today approved the 2021 annual financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). There are no material changes in the final 2021 annual consolidated financial statements from the preliminary full-year financial statements published on 18 February 2022.
The 2021 annual report will be released and made available on www.zalaris.com by 22 April 2022.
