Exercise of employee share options under share incentive program

Employees of Zalaris ASA has on 10 March exercised 48,600 share options, which expire 10 days after the release of the financial report for the fourth quarter 2024. The share options will be settled in cash. For more information about Zalaris’ share incentive plans, please refer to the annual report for 2023.
