Major shareholding notification

4 August 2025: Codee Holding AS (“Codee Holding”) has before close of markets on August 1 2025 sold 150,000 shares in Zalaris AS (the “Company”). Following the transaction, Codee Holding holds a total of 960,735 Shares in the Company, representing approximately 4.4% of the share capital and votes in the Company. This disclosure is made pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
